Triptych Development - Park Street

Overview

A new mixed-use development designed by internationally acclaimed London architects Squire & Partners, Triptych Bankside is a luxury architectural destination on the vibrant Southbank. Comprising two sweeping residential towers of 14 and 18 storeys with 169 residences, an 85,000 sq. ft office building, as well as 29,000 sq. ft of independent retail, wellness and cultural space.  

Scope

EVS were engaged to carry out the full commercial fit out over 9 floors and then the full residential fit out of both apartment buildings including the fire rated smoke extract system serving the entire development.

Since completion of the initial project, EVS has since been invited back to carry out Cat B works to the commercial floors for various tenants.
