Devon House Ventilation Installation for Category A and B Fit Out

Overview

This is a project that helped showcase our high-quality installation capabilities. Devon House comprises of 48,701 sq ft over five stories of prime real estate with uncompromised views of Tower Bridge. It is also in close proximity to St Katherine Dock’s vibrant restaurant scene and eclectic markets. As a contemporary and professional shared workspace with cultural outlets on its doorstep, this is a popular choice for SME’s and freelancers.

Scope

Devon House began as a Category A fit-out for EVS, and later led to a Category B fit-out, upon recommendation and off the back of the successful initial installation. The first phase of this project was to complete the Category A fit-out for Devon House which consisted of circa 220no Fan Coil Units and associated AHU’s along with the exposed ductwork which was a key feature to this development. The Category A phase was completed on time and on budget. It was therefore a delight to hear once more from the client, that EVS were recommended to complete the Category B fit-out for their new tenants. As part of the Category B fit-out, we worked to the tenant’s new office layout to ensure the existing ventilation was adapted to suit the individual areas whilst maintaining the same high-level of finish the end user expected.
